Who are they?

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) are software vendors who have their own products typically in operational applications like ERP, accounting etc., but wish to deliver world class reporting solutions without the development cost, protracted time to market, or the need to acquire specialised business intelligence expertise.

What are the benefits?

EiB Analytics can integrate different modules of an ISV’s solution to provide a seamless MI experience across all the ISV’s information
Scalable and secure MI applications can be delivered in record timescales and at a lower cost base than any other commercial BI solution. As an ISV, these can be white labelled commercially if it makes business sense for both parties.

Who are they?

Consulting partners could be business domain experts, specialists in operational applications or Microsoft Business Intelligence professionals. Their remit is to provide and often manage the best solution to a customer for any given requirement.

Such a requirement could encompass operational applications, management reporting capabilities and even hardware and software infrastructure. These partners advise and introduce Excel in Business products and in some cases services as well, to provide part of an overall set of deliverables.

For Excel in Business to provide state of the art reporting and self-service analytical software, we are reliant on underlying technologies which we must stay close to and embrace.

With that in mind, we are proud to have established essential development partnerships with both Microsoft and Sage.

Our entire EiB Analytics product range is based on what we believe is the best Reporting and Analytics technology platform in the market, that of Microsoft’s SQL Server Analysis Services data engine (for scalable storage and analysis of information) coupled with Microsoft’s Excel for front end presentation of Management Dashboards and Reports.

For our EiB Financial Analytics product e range, we leverage customer investment in Sage’s – Sage 200 and Sage 500/1000 products, to provide full “out of the box” reporting solutions in days.
